HeyGen, Creatify and Fabeo all make AI video, but they are built for different jobs, and they charge in different ways. For an agency, the right choice depends less on the headline price and more on what you make, how many people need access and how your clients approve the work.
This guide compares the three on price, seats and agency features. Every price comes from the vendor’s own pricing page, opened on 21 October 2026. Fabeo is our product, so we have stated its limits as plainly as the others’.
Short answer
- HeyGen is built around AI avatars and presenters, with strong translation. Best for explainers, training and spokesperson videos.
- Creatify is built around performance ads made from product pages, with ad cloning, AI actors and ad-account tools. Best for high-volume ad testing.
- Fabeo is built around delivering finished videos to clients, priced per rendered minute, with client workspaces and review links. Best for agencies producing explainer, ads and product videos for many clients.

Sources: HeyGen pricing, Creatify pricing and Fabeo pricing, all opened 21 October 2026. HeyGen’s Pro plan scales from $49 for 1,000 credits up to $4,300 for 100,000 credits a month. Creatify’s Business plan also offers 3,050 or 6,100 credits a month at higher prices. Both have a free plan with watermarked exports, and Fabeo’s Free plan makes videos up to 30 seconds with a watermark.
Credits are not minutes
HeyGen and Creatify charge in credits. HeyGen says the credits a video uses vary with the AI model, the video’s length and the complexity of the generation. Creatify’s pricing page does not convert credits into minutes of video either. So you can’t work out the cost of a finished video from the price list alone. You have to make one and check how many credits it used.
Fabeo charges per rendered minute: $3 a minute headline, or $2.60 a minute on the Agency plan. A 30-second video is half a rendered minute, and writing or editing the script costs nothing, so you know the cost before you render.
Neither model is better in itself. Credits let one plan cover many different features. A per-minute price makes it easier to quote a client.
Seats and team access
This is where the costs can drift apart for an agency.
- HeyGen: Free, Creator and Pro are single-user plans. Business adds a shared workspace, and each extra team member costs $20 a month. A five-person team on Business pays $149 plus extra seats.
- Creatify: seats are fixed by plan: 1 on Standard and Pro, 3 on Max, 10 on Business. Creatify describes Business as having no per-seat fees, so a team of up to 10 shares one credit pool for $195 a month ($136 annually).
- Fabeo: there is no seat limit on any plan and no per-seat fee. You ask Fabeo’s support team to add people, and everyone works from the same balance of rendered minutes.
Agency features
HeyGen Business includes a shared workspace, a brand kit and asset library, video comments and draft collaboration, SSO, and integrations with Zapier, Make, n8n and HubSpot. Videos can be up to 60 minutes long, and translation covers 175 languages and dialects. Enterprise adds multi-workspace control.
Creatify gives each plan a number of brand spaces (1, 2, 3 or 10). Paid plans include AI actors, more than 500 ad templates and Ad Clone, which remakes an ad from a URL. Business adds unlimited ad-account connections and competitor ad tracking. Videos can be up to 10 minutes long on Pro and above.
Fabeo’s Agency plan supports up to 50 clients, up to 10 brands per client and up to 100 products per brand. It also includes shareable review links where clients approve or request changes in the browser, without a Fabeo account. Every video includes a voice-over and background music. Fabeo also works from Claude and ChatGPT over MCP.
Fabeo’s limits are just as real: videos are up to 2 minutes long, it isn’t built for avatar presenters or long-form video, and its review links carry Fabeo’s branding.
A worked example: ten 30-second ads a month
Say a client needs ten 30-second ads a month. That is 5 minutes of finished video.
- Fabeo: 5 rendered minutes is about $15 at the headline rate. It also fits within the Agency plan’s 15 minutes, at $39 a month for the whole team.
- HeyGen and Creatify: the cost depends on how many credits each ad uses. That varies by model, length and features, and neither pricing page fixes it. Make one representative ad on a trial, note the credits, and multiply by ten. Add some margin for re-runs.
Then add seats. A four-person team pays nothing extra on Fabeo. It would need Creatify’s Business plan, since Max allows 3 seats. On HeyGen Business, any members beyond the included seat cost $20 a month each.

Which to pick
- Choose HeyGen – if your clients want a presenter on screen, long-form explainers or videos in many languages.
- Choose Creatify – if you run high-volume performance ads from product pages and want ad cloning for the same product.
- Choose Fabeo – if you deliver finished ads and product videos to many clients and want client review/tracking and reuse brand assets in video generation pipeline.
Many agencies end up using more than one. The quickest way to decide is to take one real brief, make it in two tools, and compare the total cost, the time to a client-ready video and how the client approved it.

FAQ
Is HeyGen or Creatify cheaper for agencies?
On list price, Creatify’s plans start lower ($15 a month, or $10 billed annually) and its Business plan includes 10 seats with no per-seat fee. HeyGen’s Business plan is $149 a month plus $20 for each extra seat. The real cost depends on how many credits your videos use on each.
Does Fabeo charge per seat?
No. There is no seat limit and no per-seat fee on any Fabeo plan; the team shares the account’s rendered minutes.
Can I compare credits with Fabeo’s per-minute price?
Not directly. Make the same video in each tool and compare what it cost.
Does Fabeo make avatar videos like HeyGen?
Technically Yes. But Fabeo is mostly used for scripted product and ad videos with a voice-over and music. For avatar presenters, HeyGen is the stronger choice.
